our recent stay in varkala was surpassed by our experience at eden garden. the staff, especially feros, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the cottage was beautifully decorated, spacious, and located in a quiet, green area close to the beach. we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the variety of people of all ages. highly recommend the ayurveda treatment and the delicious vegetarian dishes served.
Rooms were slightly damp due to the proximity to water and heavy rains.

We had a great time during our recent city trip. the accommodation was spacious, beautifully decorated, and cozy. the staff was extremely friendly and offered us great recommendations on nearby restaurants and attractions. the hotel was conveniently located near the beach and a short distance from the hills where we found more restaurants to try out. we enjoyed taking leisurely walks around the lush greenery within the hotel premises.
We did notice some trash on the way to the hotel, which was a bit of an eyesore. we were disappointed that the advertised Jacuzzi did not live up to our expectations due to an insufficient heating capacity.

The garden was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed watching the birds and listening to the gentle sound of the stream. The staff was friendly and arranged a nice massage and yoga class for us. The beach was just a short walk away and we loved watching the sunset from there.
Our experience was ruined by the cleanliness of the room. It was not properly cleaned prior to our stay and we found used tissues in the bathroom and black spots on the bed and sink.

We had an amazing stay at a beachfront property in Varkala. Eden Gardens was the perfect location with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. the rooms were clean and cozy, and we loved the beautiful design. It was great to have a mosquito net provided, and the property's natural spirit was a definite highlight. We also appreciated the convenient 3-minute walk to Papnasanam Beach and the staff who arranged activities like ayurvedic massages and yoga classes for us. a splendid experience that we would highly recommend. Cons: Nothing to be said 🙌.

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk to the beach and close to local amenities like the police station. the accommodation is nice in a forest-like area and there are a variety of people in all ages. the eating place, mainly serving vegetarian food, is shady and cosy.
The rooms are not well-maintained and lack basic facilities. There was no hand wash, water kettle, plates or glass provided.
